As a result of continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a Web Analytics Manager – a highly organized individual that can manage multiple interactive efforts in a fast paced ever-changing environment. Experience in understanding and implementing various website analytics is desired.
Job Description
• Coordinate analytics tracking implementation for websites and booking engines
• Create analytics tracking implementation procedures
• Troubleshoot analytics tracking issues on all websites and web marketing campaigns
• Research and oversee the implementation of new web analytic systems
• Setup and manage all client analytic accounts
• Setup and manage logins to analytic systems
• QA website analytics on new websites to ensure tracking requirements are fulfilled
• Revise and update standard tracking documents
• Advise on tracking requirements for new products and offerings
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in web development
• Understanding of web analytics implementation, strong knowledge of Omniture is desired
• Understanding of Javascript, HTML, XML and other programming languages
• Familiarity with Adobe ColdFusion, PHP, or ASP.NET a plus
• Work closely with internal teams to develop tracking strategies and implement the results
• Experience with client facing presentations is required
• Proficient in Dreamweaver and Microsoft Office
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to identify challenges and seek solutions
• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow and contribute ideas to the team
