Landing Page Optimization Analyst

We continue to expand and launch new businesses and as a result are searching for a Landing Page Optimization Analyst to join our team.
Position Description:
Due to our growth and new business launches we are actively recruiting for a Landing Page Optimization Analyst who will be responsible for continual web conversion improvement. Using performance data, the Landing Page Optimization Analyst will be focused on analyzing how well our web marketing campaigns are performing and making quantitatively backed decisions on how to further improve campaign performance. This position will have exposure and responsibilities across all of Red Ventures’ business units and web properties. This position requires a progressive, on-the-spot, creative problem solver who demonstrates both technical and analytical excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving abilities. This person must be an independent thinker who demonstrates the ability to synthesize complex operational and marketing data into revenue-impacting marketing strategies.
Responsibilities of the Landing Page Optimization Analyst
• Design and manage multi-variant A/B testing
• Define the requirements of systems producing the base customer data.
• Partner closely with team of web developers and creative team in the creation of multiple web properties
• Conduct detailed analysis to reveal the customer intelligence and the ROI of our efforts
• Create key success metrics based on business goals.
• Provide reporting to various levels of management and line staff.
• Propose strategy, actionable solutions or suggestions for improvement.
• Manage the process of the improvement lifecycle of test/analyze/take action.
Requirements for Landing Page Optimization Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in business with a quantitative focus (economics, finance, statistics or other analytically-oriented discipline)
• Demonstrated strong academic performance and work experience in analytically driven and fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity specifically in the areas of how people behave on the web and an avid questioner
• Experience with customer segmentation, linear regression, trend forecasting, and ROI analysis
• Passion for web marketing and a strong understanding of how the web works; for example, browsing behavior, web server cashing, cookie deletion etc.
• Demonstrated experience of taking detailed analysis to the next step of actionable priorities
• Working knowledge of SQL and exposure to Open Source technology a plus
• Expert level experience with Google Analytics and other web tracking software
